Who controls the data

DATUM is the data controller for early-access requests. Contact: hello@datum.audio.

What is collected and why

When you request early access, DATUM collects your email address and the consent recorded with your submission. The data is used only to send selected development, prototype-progress and first-availability updates.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@datum.audio; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

Service providers and sharing

Hosting, form-processing and email-delivery providers may process the data on DATUM's instructions where required to operate the early-access service. DATUM does not sell early-access data or disclose it for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Early-access data is retained while the subscription is active and for no longer than 24 months after the last DATUM early-access communication, unless consent is withdrawn sooner or a legal obligation requires a different period.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority. Contact hello@datum.audio to exercise a request.

Cookies and analytics

This website build contains no analytics, profiling or non-essential cookie configuration. No tracking is activated by this package.

Automated decisions

DATUM does not use early-access data for automated decision-making or profiling.
